Memorial Fund for Daniel Boone Native Gardens to Honor Long-time Board Member, Dr. David Kline

It is with great sadness, but with gratitude for his service, that we announce the passing of one of our most dedicated and appreciated former Board members, Dr. David Kline. Dr. Kline, a retired neurosurgeon, was a tireless volunteer at the Gardens for many years, and served on our Board until his health required him to remove to Charleston, South Carolina, where he died on September 20, 2024. His family has set up a memorial fund to benefit the Daniel Boone Native Gardens for those who knew Dr. Kline and appreciated all he did for our beloved Gardens.
